Having honed his skills in a wide variety of establishments—from his native Lorraine to the south of France and the shores of Lake Annecy—Benjamin has now settled in the Ardèche. The chef appreciates modern cuisine just as much as regional fare, with a growing penchant in recent years for gourmet, communal dishes “to be savored with a spoon.” Here, the chef and his team offer a culinary experience that reflects his personality: youthful, generous, and passionate.
